Who we are

This website is run by Yupsilan Innovations (“Yupsilan”, “we”), a creative studio based in Tamil Nadu, India. For anything about your data, email admin@yupsilan.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry and brief forms: your name, email address, whether you are a business or a creator, the services you are interested in, your project details, and optionally your website and timeline.
• WhatsApp and email: the messages and files you send when you contact us directly.
• Call bookings: if you book a call through our booking page, the name, email and details you enter there.
• Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views, referring sites and country. These do not use cookies and do not identify you.

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a scope or quote.
• To run a project with you, if you go ahead, and keep the records a business needs.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and receive enquiries. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes:

• Vercel: website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Resend: delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
• Cal.com: only if you book a call through our booking page.

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Some providers store data outside India, for example in the United States or the European Union.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we need to reply and, if we work together, for our project and accounting records. If we don’t work together, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. The form itself does not store your brief in a website database.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also withdraw consent for us to contact you. These rights apply under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and, for visitors in the UK and EU, under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Email admin@yupsilan.com and we will respond as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires.

Links to other sites

Our work tiles link to YouTube and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes. The date below shows the latest version.
